Parking is available at The HOPE Center for the Arts Garage, attached to our performing arts venue. The garage is located at 150 Bridge Street, Springfield, MA 01103, with entrances on Worthington St and Bridge St.
The HOPE Center for the Arts is conveniently located near the Bridge St bus stop with PVTA.
The following PVTA routes serve Bridge St: G1, G2, G3, G5, B6, B7, B75, R10, P11, R14, B17, X92
To navigate from the Bridge St bus stop to our location, walk down Bridge Street towards East Columbus Avenue. HOPE Center for the Arts is located at 150 Bridge Street.

Pricing for shows vary depending on the artist and seating location. To view the detailed pricing of a particular event, please visit the show page under our Events section. Once on the show page of the event you are interested in, click "Select Seats." A pop up window will appear displaying the seating chart. Hover over or select a seat to display the price for that ticket.

HOPE Center for the Arts uses electronic tickets for all performances. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your digital tickets and their corresponding QR codes. Present this email with the QR codes to our ticket scanners upon arriving at the theater.
If you cannot find your tickets, don't worry! When you arrive at the theater, provide the name of the ticketholder. Our ticket scanners will look up your order and get you to your seats.
If you would like us to resend your confirmation, please call 413-285-8886 to request an email.
Yes! You may exchange your tickets for another seat for the same performance.
We are unable to provide ticket exchanges for different performances.

Will Call tickets are typically available at the Box Office one hour prior to curtain time. Guests must provide the name under which the tickets were purchased or reserved.

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and ApplePay.
To pay by cash or check, please visit our administrative offices at 264 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104. Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Checks may be made out to Hope for Youth & Families.
HOPE Center for the Arts does not sell tickets through any third party ticket reseller.
We encourage our patrons to purchase tickets only from the HOPE Center for the Arts Box Office, online at hopecenterforthearts.org or over the phone at 413-285-8886.
If a performance is cancelled, HOPE Center for the Arts will email the ticketholder. Cancellations will also be listed on hopecenterforthearts.org. If a show is cancelled, customers may request a refund. If a show is postponed, the tickets will be carried over to the new date. Ticketholders may request a refund by calling 413-285-8886.
Handicap parking is available in The HOPE Center for the Arts Garage. An elevator connects the parking garage to our performing arts venue.

Adult beverages are available for purchase at the bar in our lower lobby, including beer, wine, and hard seltzer. Food and beverages purchased at our bar may be brought into the theater.
Snacks, soft drinks, water, and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at our bar in the lower lobby. Food and beverages purchased at our bar may be brought into the theater.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the theater.

Any items found during and immediately after the performance will be turned into the Box Office. If you have lost an item while at an event, please see a HOPE Center for the Arts staff member for assistance.
