Janavia Miller is dance instructor who has been teaching for 5+ years and has been dancing for more than 10 years! Janavia specializes in styles such as contemporary, improv, strength and conditioning and more. Teaching both recreationally and competitively!
Janavia is currently teaching students at The Hope Center the importance of creativity and creation in choreography. She has been teaching dancers that no matter how big or small all movements, continuous or still create dances. Dancers have explored creating their own pieces along with learning new dances under the guidance of Janavia.
Janavia is thankful to be at The Hope Center and is excited to see what the future will hold for her and her students! Along with seeing students being able to express themselves through various forms of art to speak to each other and their communities telling different stories!
When she isn’t teaching dance, Janavia is a full time student earning her second Bachelor’s degree. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, reading, listening and discovering new music, farmers markets, traveling and being present with herself!
